In your session (1 out of 4), you bring forward your challenge that you'd like the group to discuss in a psychologically safe and convivial environment. Benefit from the power of community-led peer coaching and from your facilitator, Jeremy who has over 15 years of coaching experience.
You also get to jump into the peer coaching seat with your peers and work on improving your active listening, empathy, compassion and of course, coaching!
